Quick Facts Location: Sandwich, MA Start Date: 01/04/2027 End Date: 04/05/2027 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift) Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certifications: Board Certified Preferred; MA License required (or temp-to-perm licensing available) Experience: Minimum 1 year required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1,815.84 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Admit and discharge patients at a rehab hospital setting Round on approximately 15 patients daily Assist and collaborate with the house officer and team members Participate in weekend call duties (approximately 1 weekend every 7th, with 4 hours gratis each day) Support patient recovery through comprehensive evaluation and care planning Document in Epic EMR system accurately and efficiently What You Need Required: Board Certification (preferred) Massachusetts medical license (or willingness to license; temp-to-perm licensing is an option) DEA license At least 1 year of post-licensure experience Preferred: Prior experience in rehabilitation or related setting Strong collaborative and communication skills About the Assignment This role is based at a reputable rehab hospital in Sandwich, MA, dedicated to patient-centered recovery.
