Curtis Road, Boise, ID Requirements Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise ID is seeking a locum Medical Oncologist physician to fill their need! : January -hour shifts 7 am -7 pm with a 7 on/7 off scheduleMust be able to cover 14 shifts per month 7on/7 offInpatient Medical Oncology coverage onlyNo ambulatory or outpatient coverageNo Call Travel - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and feesLodging - 179/night cap for hotels to include all taxes and fees. Preferred Lodging: Candlewood Suites Boise – Towne Square an IHG Hotel.Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car/mileage reimbursement. 50/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather.Mileage - IRS Standard Rate to be reimbursed by facility only to be used with personal vehicle not to be used with rental car. Bill Rates Needed for Rate must be included in the ratesDaily Rate: 4000 cappedHoliday Daily RateConversion fee 25k rate cap *Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.
