Coverage needed starting October 2026 Clean files due to fast creds FTE- .25 Why Open- Gap in coverage Both Hospital and clinic privilges needed located in same building Outpatient setting Call N/A Demograhpics- Adult/Geriatrics Average patietns per day mo of case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of hematology/medical oncology services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year. Procedures- Bone Marrow BIopsy Working solo- Yes License required at time of present EMR EPIC AK- DEA BLS or ACLS or PALS Additional comments- Infusion and medical oncology/Hematology
