Doctor of Medicine | Hematology and Oncology Location: Pontiac, MI Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Hematology Oncology State MI Location 50 North Perry Street, Pontiac, MI Requirements McLaren Oakland is seeking a Medical Oncology and Hematology Physician to provide outpatient clinic coverage on Monday Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM including clinic call as needed. This role is to cover a recruitment gap. The location is a satellite of McLaren Oakland but physically located Barry Dr. Ste BLapeer MI 48446 Reason for Coverage: Recruitment gap Days Required: Monday Wednesday Friday Coverage Type: Clinic and clinic call Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM On-Call Requirements: Clinic call only Average Patients per Day: 15–20 outpatient clinic patients EMR System: Cerner 100 Adult Outpatient Practice Setting amp Support: Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic. Previously a two-physician practice with NP assistance Support Staff Includes: -Oncology RNs -Medical Assistants -Social Worker -Dietitian -Nurse Navigator Onsite Services: -Infusion center -Onsite CBCs -Recruitment for a full-time physician is ongoing Procedures / Skills Required -Hematology outpatient care -Oncology outpatient care -Participation in tumor board -Specialty Category: Hematology/Oncology -Experience min 2 years Rates to submit: Malpractice must be included in rates Orientation 1/2 the hourly rate Hourly Night call Call back - per hour of patient contact hours Conversion rate - 26k Please note: Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA. McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees No lodging booked through 3rd party websites i.e. Expedia kayak etc. McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging Schedule Days, The shift consists of outpatient clinic coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. With optional night call and optional weekend 24hr call.
