Doctor of Medicine | Hospitalist Location: Lewisburg, PA Employer: WhiteCoat Locums Pay: $190 per hour Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Hospitalist Assignment Details • Location: Lewisburg, Pennsylvania • Start Date: ASAP • Duration: Ongoing • Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital Compensation: $190/hr. Schedule • 12-hour shifts • Day Shift: 11:00 AM-11:00 PM • Night Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM • 16 shifts per month (approximately four 12-hour shifts per week) • No call Clinical Details • Adult patient population (18) • Average Patient Volume: 18 patients per shift • EMR: Epic • Well-established hospitalist program with: • 10 Hospitalists • 6 Physician Assistants • Intensivist support during prime hours • Coverage includes management of a 12-bed ICU for basic ICU care, particularly on nights and weekends • Approximately 35,000 Emergency Department visits annually • Strong specialty support including Critical Care, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care • No trauma designation • Special procedures are optional if credentialed Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification • DEA required • BLS and ACLS certifications • Inpatient hospitalist experience • Ability to manage basic ICU-level patients • Clean credentialing file preferred for temporary privileges Credentialing • Temporary privileges available for qualified providers614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
