Doctor of Medicine | Hospitalist Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL Employer: Rhino Medical Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 3 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Fort Walton Beach, Florida Internal Medicine Physician Locum Tenens Opportunity Ongoing trauma center setting with adult patient care and open ICU management Rhino Medical is seeking an internal medicine physician for an ongoing locum tenens role in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This position involves caring for adult patients in a trauma center environment, managing general medical cases, and working within an open ICU supported by an intensivist team. This opportunity features a schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off, with shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and call responsibilities three times weekly, including late calls from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Providers will work on-site in a facility with approximately 300 beds, with a patient census of 21–25 per doctor, accommodating 3–4 daily admits and 1–2 consults. For clinicians experienced in adult medical management, ICU care, and trauma settings, this assignment offers a stable schedule pattern in a well-resourced trauma environment.
