Quick Facts Location: Kingsport, TN Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: 24-hour shifts (7a-7a), some daytime hours Hours/Week: Variable, with night and day shifts Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: TN License, Board Certification in Neuro/Hospitalist, DEA Experience: Minimum 2 years Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $4,056/hour (plus per diem, travel, and miscellaneous reimbursements) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave as required by law Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements (where applicable) What You’ll Do Provide neurological care and consultation for patients of all ages Conduct and interpret EEGs, including routine and continuous monitoring Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care Participate in 24-hour call coverage, including responding to emergent neuro needs Document patient interactions and clinical findings efficiently in EPIC Support hospital needs during night and day shifts, including on-site and call responsibilities What You Need Board Certified in Neuro or NeuroHospitalist Tennessee medical license before start date DEA registration for Tennessee At least 2 years’ relevant experience Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments Comfortable reading EEGs and managing acute neurological cases COVID and flu vaccines required About the Assignment Join a dynamic hospital setting that admits and consults on patients across all age groups.
