Doctor of Medicine | Neurology - General/Other Location: Orangeburg, SC Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: H-MD- Profession: Physician Specialty: Neurology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Orangeburg, South Carolina Coverage Period: Oct 19, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027 Shift Schedule: Days, 7a – 7p Hours Per Shift: 12 Shifts Per Week: 7 Reason for Coverage: Backfill FTE Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered PATIENT INFORMATION Case Mix: Stroke and general neurology consultations FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes REQUIRED PROCEDURES Stroke consultations General neurology inpatient and outpatient care JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Certification from American Board and Stroke Certification Licenses: Active SC license or ready to be issued at time of presentation Certifications: Stroke Certification DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide adult neurology consultations for stroke patients in hospital and clinic settings Manage outpatient clinic patients 3-4 hours per day at location near hospital Provide inpatient neurology coverage after clinic hours Work 7 on 7 off schedule (Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm) Coordinate with telemedicine service for overnight coverage (7pm to 7am)614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
