Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Palmer, AK Employer: Curative Pay: $200 to $225 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Palmer, Alaska - Emergency Privileges, 24-Hour Call Provide Labor and Delivery and hospital-based OB/GYN coverage in an inpatient setting with 24-hour call shifts. Five-day emergency privileges are available to help qualified physicians start quickly. Highlights Five-day emergency privileges available 24-hour call assignment Labor and Delivery and hospital-based OB/GYN coverage Average of approximately 5 patients per day Practice & Cases Inpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology coverage Labor and Delivery, hospital-based OB/GYN care, and Emergency Department coverage Approximately 800 deliveries annually Full hospital support staff Schedule 24-hour call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM 30-minute response time Available coverage includes: July 21-28 August 17-20 September 30-October 8 November 23-30 Requirements Must be an MD or DO Active Alaska license required Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology BLS and NRP required Logistics Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are provided Travel accommodations are available within established reimbursement guidelines We'd be happy to discuss the available 24-hour call blocks and Labor and Delivery coverage to see if this assignment fits your schedule.614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
