Quick Facts Location: Arlington, TX Start Date: 02/03/2027 End Date: 05/05/2027 Shift: 24-hour shifts, 3-7 shifts per month Schedule: Day shifts (07:00 - 19:00, 5x12-hour shifts/week) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified, active Texas Medical License, Texas DEA Experience: Minimum 2 years in full-scope midwifery, recent first assist experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $85.22 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide full-scope midwifery care in a hospital setting Support patients through labor, delivery, postpartum, and well-woman gynecologic exams Manage intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage cases Serve as a First Assist during deliveries Perform postpartum care and gynecologic exams across the lifespan Collaborate with hospital teams in a Level III NICU facility Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and management What You Need Required: Active Texas Medical License Board Certification in midwifery Minimum 2 years of full-scope midwifery experience Recent First Assist experience (within past 2 years) Preferred: Experience in hospital OB delivery and postpartum care Strong teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment Join a dynamic team at a leading hospital in Arlington, TX, where you'll provide compassionate, high-quality midwifery care to birthing families.
