High-risk diagnoses represent 35.1% of encounters, though no maternal-fetal medicine specialist is available on-site.

About the Clinician's Workday The clinician will work 24-hour shifts providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic coverage at an inpatient facility. Responsibilities include performing circumcisions, serving as first assist for procedures with hospitalist backup available, and managing patient care using the Epic EMR system. The position requires call coverage and collaboration with hospitalists who provide gynecologic coverage support.
