Quick Facts Location: 65 W Jimmie Leeds Rd, Galloway, NJ 08240 Start Date: 09/24/2026 Duration: Ongoing coverage until permanent hire Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday-Friday) Hours/Week: Approximately 36 hours Employment Type: Locum Tenens LicEnsure/Certs: Active medical license and certifications required Experience: Proven inpatient obstetric care and gynecological emergency management Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $195.00/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) What You’ll Do Provide inpatient labor and delivery coverage in a Level III Trauma Facility Manage labor floor patients, perform inductions, and conduct cesarean sections Respond to gynecological emergencies presenting through the Emergency Department Support hospital-based women's health services until a permanent provider is onboarded Document patient care using Cerner/Oracle EMR systems Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Oversee gynecologic consultations and emergency procedures What You Need Required: Active medical license in NJ Experience managing labor and delivery patients Skilled in labor floor management, inductions, and cesarean sections Ability to handle gynecological emergencies and inpatient consults Preferred: Prior hospital-based obstetric experience Strong emergency response skills About the Assignment This exciting locum opportunity is at a reputable facility in Galloway, NJ, offering inpatient labor and delivery care for a diverse patient population.
