Quick Facts Location: Hartsville, SC Start Date: 09/24/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing coverage Shift: Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, plus 24-hour call shifts Hours per Week: Varies based on clinic and call schedule Employment Type: Temporary/Locum Licenses/Certifications: Required licenses as per state law Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per state/federal laws) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements, when applicable What You’ll Do Provide outpatient OB and GYN care at a busy clinic serving 15-25 patients daily Perform antepartum, postpartum, and gynecology exams and procedures Conduct ultrasounds in the clinic setting Manage hospital-based deliveries, approximately 540 annually Handle emergency GYN surgeries and consults from the ED Participate in 24-hour call shifts Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team ensuring patient-centered care Support hospital's Level 2 nursery, transferring infants under 1,500 grams as needed What You Need Valid medical license in South Carolina Prior OB/GYN clinical experience Ability to perform both hospital and clinic duties Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This opportunity is based at a well-equipped hospital with 116 beds, offering comprehensive OB/GYN services. The provider will be responsible for both outpatient clinics and hospital coverage, including deliveries and emergency procedures. The position starts immediately after onboarding, with flexible scheduling to accommodate local providers seeking short-term or long-term placements.
