Quick Facts Location: Issaquah, WA Start Date: 01/2027 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: 12-hour in-house call (M-Thu 7am-7pm/7pm-7am, F-Sat 7pm-8am, Sun-M 8pm-7am) Hours per Week: Flexible; provider must complete 14-21 shifts/month Employment Type: Locum assignment License/Certs: Active WA license, DEA, BLS, BC required Experience: Prior inpatient obstetrics and gynecology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide specialized obstetric and gynecologic inpatient care during scheduled in-house call shifts Manage patient admissions, labor, and delivery cases, and resolve gynecologic emergencies Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality women’s health services Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital protocols Ensure patient safety and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives when needed What You Need Required: Active Washington medical license DEA certification Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology BLS certification Prior inpatient obstetrics/gynecology experience Preferred: Availability to fulfill 14-21 shifts per month Strong teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment This position involves providing essential inpatient OB-GYN care at a leading facility in Issaquah, WA.
