Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Longview, WA Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty State WA Location 1615 Delaware St, Longview, WA, Requirements Client has 8hrs of Non-Billable hours for orientation hours 4hrs of Gratis for all call REQ Number- Expected start date- ASAP Provider Type – MD/DO Specialty - OBGYN FTE needed - 1.0 FTE Daily Shift Standard - 8 hours Clinic followed by Night Call Expected duration of assignment Approval is good through - 12/31/2026 Reason for opening - Gap in coverage Schedule /Shift hours - Clinic M-F followed by Night call Type of privileges clinic/hospital/both - Both Setting: Inpatient Outpatient or Both? - Both If Inpatient of beds: 122 Call requirement - Yes 7 days of unrestricted call 1:5 Rounding admissions or none? - Both Patient demographics - 16 Average patients per day - 18 Required Procedures - OB Gyn procedures in clinic LD and OR gynecological cases Required clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs - Applicant must provide documentation case list of the required number of cases performed during the previous 24 months as indicated in each privilege section. Obstetrics: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services 100 patients to include at least 15 Cesarean sections and 30 vaginal deliveries representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Gynecology: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services 50 gynecology patients representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months Will provider work solo? No there are 5 other physician/clinicians in the practice Licensed Candidate: Yes Washington license is required.
