Quick Facts Location: Minneapolis, MN Start Date: 11/16/2026 End Date / Duration: 05/03/2027 Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm (flexible start/end times); options for overnight (7 pm–7 am) or 24-hour weekend call Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract / Locum License/Certs: MN Medical License, DEA Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $231.93 Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN general clinical care across multiple Allina Health Clinic locations Perform procedures such as LARC insertions, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, and LEEP Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including midwives, nurse practitioners, RNs, and clinical assistants Manage an average of 18–22 patients daily in a busy outpatient setting Support staff and ensure quality patient outcomes Conduct patient evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning Participate in call shifts as needed, including overnight or weekend coverage What You Need Required: Board Certification in OB/GYN Minnesota medical license DEA certification Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Preferred: Experience with outpatient OB/GYN procedures and clinic workflow Ability to collaborate in a team-based environment About the Assignment Join a dedicated OB/GYN team supporting multiple clinic locations in Minneapolis.
