Quick Facts Location: 54 Hospital Drive, Osage Beach, MO 65065 Start Date: 12/31/2025 Duration: Ongoing assignment (duration based on need) Shift: 12-hour shifts (day/night rotations) Hours per Week: 40 hours (based on schedule) Employment Type: Contract/Locum License/Certifications: Medical license in Missouri, Board Certified/Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience: Minimum 2 years of OB hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $195.00/hour Benefits include: • Competitive pay packages • Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit • Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) • Robust referral bonus program • 24/7 dedicated team support • Paid sick time in accordance with applicable state, federal, and local laws • Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses What You’ll Do Provide OB hospitalist coverage including triage, unassigned gynecological emergencies, and deliveries Manage approximately 13 patient encounters daily in a hospital setting Collaborate with hospital-employed CNMs and APCs to ensure high-quality patient care Use Meditech Expanse EMR for documentation and charting Cover on-call duties, including clinic and hospital-based care Oversee OB-related emergencies and support labor and delivery teams Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards What You Need Current Medical License in Missouri Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology At least 2 years of relevant hospitalist experience in OB Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, gynecology, and emergency care Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call and shift work About the Assignment This assignment is located at a reputable hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri, providing comprehensive OB hospitalist services.
