Call ratio 1:4 -- every 5th weekend
Call response time: 30 minutes
Approx. 750 deliveries per year
Low and high risk OB, surgical GYN, and office GYN
OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
C-section, VBAC, complicated deliveries required
Leave coverage -- ongoing until new provider starts
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
