Quick Facts Location: Monroe, WI Start Date: 11/30/2026 End Date: 03/01/2027 Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (additional Friday clinic available) Shift: Day, 4x9-Hour shifts Hours/week: 36 Employment Type: Temporary (Contract) Licenses/Certifications: Wisconsin medical license required; Board certification in Medical Oncology/Hematology Experience: 1-2 years in Medical Oncology/Hematology preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $507.00 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per legal requirements Licensure, travel, and related reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide general medical oncology and hematology care for adult patients Oversee infusion therapy services and management of adverse reactions Collaborate with a team including APPs, RNs, and support staff Conduct inpatient oncology consultations in Monroe as needed Manage treatment plans using Epic with Beacon therapy software Assist with patient education on treatment options and side effect management What You Need Required: Wisconsin medical license (or willingness to obtain) Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology/Hematology 1-2 years of relevant experience Strong clinical skills in oncology and hematology Preferred: Experience with infusion services and inpatient consults Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment This outpatient medical oncology clinic combined with infusion services offers a collaborative environment dedicated to adult patient care. The facility uses Epic EMR and Beacon treatment plans to coordinate patient management efficiently. Inpatient consult responsibilities are limited to Monroe, ensuring a manageable caseload and work-life balance.
