JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE in Oncology or Hematology Licenses: Active CA License DEA: Active DEA Certification Certifications: ACLS (required if requesting Moderate Sedation Privileges) Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive diagnosis, staging, and treatment for hematology/oncology patients. Oversee chemotherapy and infusion services, ensuring MD presence for all treatments. Perform hospital consults as needed. Supervise midlevel provider and support staff in clinic.
