24-hour out-of-house call schedule Low volume -- 1 - 2 babies per day in Level 1 Nursery Pediatric floor patients rare -- typically 1 - 2 per day Rural hospital setting No circs required -- LPs preferred but rare We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
