Quick Facts Location: Henderson, NC Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date: Ongoing/Temporary Shift: Varies (day/night shifts available) Hours/week: Flexible/Varies Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem License/Certs: Valid medical license in North Carolina Experience: Pediatric hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: pay package discussed upon application) Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide high-quality inpatient pediatric care in a hospital setting Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed Communicate effectively with families and hospital staff Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly Participate in on-call rotations and emergency situations Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety What You Need Valid medical license in North Carolina Pediatric hospitalist experience preferred Strong clinical skills in pediatric inpatient care Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Henderson, NC, dedicated to delivering exceptional pediatric healthcare.
