Doctor of Medicine | Psychiatry - General/Other Location: Queens Village, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $225 to $250 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Locum Tenens Adult Psychiatrist – Inpatient Psychiatry Queens Village, New York Description We are seeking a Locum Tenens Adult Psychiatrist to provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services in Queens Village, NY. This assignment is for an Adult Psychiatry position within an inpatient setting. Specialty: Adult Psychiatry Service Category: Inpatient Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Weekend Coverage: Not required About the facility Located in Queens Village, NY NYC Region (Region 4) OMH inpatient psychiatric setting Adult inpatient psychiatry service Full-time position No weekend coverage required Compensation: Pay Rate: Details can be discussed further after applying to the job posting. Travel expenses reimbursed, including: Mileage Rental car Hotel Flight Malpractice Covered Job Responsibilities Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient setting Evaluate and manage adult psychiatric patients Provide ongoing inpatient psychiatric treatment as required Participate as part of the psychiatric treatment team Complete necessary clinical documentation and patient care responsibilities Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry Board Certification must be through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) Board-Eligible candidates generally do not meet contract requirements Must be actively enrolled in both: New York State Medicaid Medicare Medicaid and Medicare enrollment must remain current throughout the assignment Working Hours Full-time 40 hours per week Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM No weekend coverage required Skills Adult inpatient psychiatry Psychiatric assessment and treatment Inpatient psychiatric patient management Clinical documentation Multidisciplinary collaboration Ability to provide full-time inpatient psychiatric coverage Apply today to discuss compensation, travel arrangements, credentialing, and assignment details.614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
