Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient Adult Psychiatry
Regular Pay: $230/hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $9,200–$10,500+ depending on schedule and call
Position Overview
HPA Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for a locum tenens opportunity in Longview, Washington.
This position offers a combination of inpatient and outpatient Adult Psychiatry with a primarily Monday–Friday daytime schedule. The physician will generally work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch , providing approximately 5–7 inpatient shifts per month and 12–19 outpatient days.
Assignment Highlights
$230/hour regular pay
Primarily Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Inpatient + outpatient Adult Psychiatry
Approximately 12–14 patients/day
5–7 inpatient shifts/month
12–19 outpatient days/month
Occasional optional night call
Weekend coverage approximately once per quarter
Potential remote weekend telepsychiatry for qualifying Washington-based physicians
Epic
Established inpatient psychiatric support
No clinic overbooking
Washington license strongly preferred
IMLC/LOQ candidates may be considered depending on timing
