Starting with 1 week/month and then spacing out to 1 week/every other month or quarter. Type of privileges: Clinic Setting: Outpatient Call requirement: None Rounding admissions or none? None Patient demographics: Adult Geriatric Average patients per day: 14-16 Required Procedures None Required clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of cardiovascular disease services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year. Will provider work solo? Yes.
