About the Position
LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Radiology MD in Syracuse, New York, 13210!
We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologist to join our client in New York for an assignment starting Nov 30, 2026. This role involves providing on-site clinical and on-call coverage for various interventional radiology procedures, working a consistent 7a-4p schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing on-site clinical and on-call coverage for Interventional Radiology procedures
Angiography
Balloon Angioplasty/stent placement
Biliary intervention
Biopsies (CT guided and Ultrasound guided) including Lung, Liver, Renal, Lymph Node, Thyroid, Parotid, Bone, Bone Marrow, etc.
Central Line insertion/assessment
Chemoembolization
Dialysis access & related interventions
Drain/tube insertions and exchanges including Biliary, Nephrostomy, Chest, NU stent, Cholecystostomy, Abscess, Suprapubic, etc.
Embolization
Joint injections
IVC filters
Lumbar Puncture
Myelograms
Paracentesis
Radiologically inserted gastrostomy
Thoracentesis
Vertebroplasty
Additional Information
Required Board Certifications: Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology
