About the Position
LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Interventional Radiology MD in Virginia!
We are seeking a skilled Vascular/Interventional Radiologist Physician for a 3-day assignment in Virginia. This role involves 8-hour day shifts with night and weekend call within our client's health system, an independent nonprofit. The focus is on a hospital-based interventional radiology program utilizing advanced imaging and procedural technology, encompassing a broad range of inpatient and outpatient vascular interventions and image-guided minimally invasive procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform vascular interventions
Execute embolization procedures
Conduct biopsies and drain placements
Manage dialysis access procedures
Handle GI/GU interventions and hepatobiliary procedures
Perform venous access procedures
Deliver image-guided minimally invasive procedures
Provide care for both inpatient and outpatient procedures
Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration
Contribute to program growth and development
Additional Information
Required Board Certifications: Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology
EMR System: Epic
Call Schedule: Night call and weekend call
Setting: Inpatient and outpatient procedures
