Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - General/Other Location: Grand Forks, ND Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: 1/4/2027 About the Position Start Date: January 4, 2027 Assignment: Ongoing | 52 weeks Setting: Acute Care Hospital / Inpatient Schedule: 24-hour call coverage Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center Call Structure: 12 hours primary call 12 hours backup call Work Environment: Inpatient / Acute Care Trauma Support: One APP for inpatient rounding Opportunity Highlights Ongoing General Surgery coverage for acute care trauma call 24-hour in-house call responsibility Providers must remain in-house during assigned call coverage All pages must be answered within 20 minutes Level II Trauma Center providing a broad range of acute surgical care One APP available to support inpatient rounding Opportunity for consistent weekly blocks throughout 2027 Coverage Dates Weekly coverage is needed throughout the year, including: January 4–10 January 11–17 January 18–24 January 25–31 February 1–7 February 8–14 February 15–21 February 22–28 March 1–7 March 8–14 March 15–21 March 22–28 March 29–April 4 April 5–11 April 12–18 April 19–25 April 26–May 2 May 3–9 May 10–16 May 17–23 May 24–30 May 31–June 6 June 7–13 June 14–20 June 21–27 June 28–July 4 July 5–11 July 12–18 July 19–25 July 26–August 1 August 2–8 August 9–15 August 16–22 August 23–29 August 30–September 5 September 6–12 September 13–19 September 20–26 September 27–October 3 October 4–10 October 11–17 October 18–24 October 25–31 November 1–7 November 8–14 November 15–21 November 22–28 November 29–December 5 December 6–12 December 13–19 December 20–26 December 27–January 2 Requirements Board Certified in General Surgery Surgical Critical Care certification/experience preferred Experience working in a Level II Trauma setting preferred Strong acute care and trauma surgery skills Comfortable managing inpatient surgical emergencies Ability to provide in-house 24-hour call coverage Must be able to respond to pages within 20 minutes Interested in ongoing General Surgery trauma call coverage?
