Schedule: Mon-Sun 24 Hour Call Mon-Fri 8:30a-4:30p Daily Mon-Fri 4:30p-8:30a Night Call and Weekend Call Fri-Mon 4:30p-8:30a.Call Coverage: YesCall Type: (Beeper/Phone Call)Call Ratio: N/AAverage Amount of Call Back Hours: 3 of Providers Needed: 1 local provider. Would like to review applicants physician and manager interview the one's we are interested in before making a decision. Reason for Coverage: Daily coverage and night call.Practice Settings: (Inpatient/Hospital-Based)Leadership Position/Required to Teach: No Patient Population: Adult 20 and Geriatric 80 Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100 InpatientAverage of Patients Per Day: Hospital 5-10Trauma Level Designation: No trama centerRequired Duties Procedures Skills etc: Standard bread and butter for vascular dialysis access and : EpicAdditional Notes: Credentialing Timeframe: 3-6 monthsAre Temps Available?
