PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (emergency privileges for October)
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Abdominal trauma
Thoracic trauma
Orthopedic trauma
Vascular trauma
Neurosurgical trauma
JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active PA license
Board: BC in Surgery (Surgical Critical Care)
DEA: Yes
Certifications: ATLS
Experience: 1-2 years post fellowship
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide trauma surgery coverage including abdominal, thoracic, ortho, vascular, and neurosurgical procedures
Manage trauma patients in a Level II trauma center
Work 12-hour shifts (days and nights) as scheduled
Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital team
Participate in emergency privileges process as needed
