122 Beds Clinical Responsibilities Provide Inpatient and Outpatient Urology Care Provide Clinic and Operating Room Coverage Provide 24-Hour Urology Call Coverage Diagnose and Treat Erectile Dysfunction Manage Kidney Stones Manage Male Incontinence Perform Yearly Follow-Up Care Provide Surgical Assistance Perform Catheter Placement Perform Stent Placement Perform Cystoscopy Perform TURP Perform Ureteroscopy Perform Prostate Biopsy Perform Circumcision Perform Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) Perform Orchiopexy Perform TURBT Perform Hydrocelectomy Perform Spermatocelectomy Perform PVP Perform Litholapaxy Da Vinci Robotic Experience Highly Preferred but Not Required Clinical Environment / Support Coverage Includes Hospital and Urology Clinic Hospital and Clinic Privileges Required Inpatient and Outpatient Practice Provider May Work Independently Epic EMR Requirements Board Certified in Urology - Required At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Urology - Required Active Washington Medical License or Active IMLC LOQ - Required IMLC Candidates Must Have Letter of Qualification in Hand BLS - Required ACLS - Required BLS and ACLS Must Be Through AHA or American Red Cross as Applicable Epic Experience - Required COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions Recent Clinical Activity Requirements Case Documentation From the Previous 24 Months Required Must Provide Documentation of at Least 100 Surgical Procedures Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Privileges Requested Case List Must Include Diagnosis or Procedure, Date, and Facility Where Performed Credentialing Fast-Track / Urgent Credentialing May Be Available
