Quick Facts Location: Hazelwood, MO & IL (O’Fallon, MO; St. Charles, MO; Fenton, MO) Start Date: 11/16/2026 End Date: 02/15/2027 Shift: Night, 5x24-Hour (19:00 – 19:00) Hours/Week: Approx. 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract, Call Coverage Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified in Urology; BLS required; Missouri & Illinois Licenses or IMLC consideration Experience: Prior urology practice & emergency call coverage preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $410.67/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide emergency urology call coverage for adult patients at one or multiple hospitals Respond within 30 minutes to emergency call-backs Manage general urology procedures and case types Cover approximately 20-30 calls per shift, with some requiring on-site presence Know hospital assignments in advance and coordinate with support staff Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure timely patient care Operate primarily during weekend overnight shifts What You Need Board Certification in Urology Active medical license in Missouri and Illinois or eligibility through IMLC BLS certification (preferred) Prior experience in urology practice and emergency coverage (preferred) Ability to respond quickly and work independently during night shifts About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Hazelwood, Missouri, providing essential emergency urology services in adult community hospitals.
