Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: Potsdam, NY Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty State NY Location 50 Leroy St, Potsdam, NY, 13676 Requirements Job ID: FIXED *Must be Board Certified in the US* M-F 8am-5pm Would prefer someone Full Time but will accept 2 providers that can make up the coverage of 1 i.e. 2 weeks/mo each Facility can work out call based on the amount of days a locum is willing to take per month The call schedule is 7a-7a Bread and Butter Cases/Procedures Full-time coverage preferred due to current staffing gaps Primarily outpatient with inpatient consults procedures and post-op rounding as needed Mix of patient contact procedures rounding and consults exact breakdown not specified Clinic hours Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM call flexible based on availability Typical schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with call opportunities Approximately 20 patients per provider per day 24-hour call coverage 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM Level III Trauma Center OR block 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM with no case limit Adult patients only 18 Limited robotic availability typically not available on urology days *Working on getting more information regarding the procedures * Unit Information: • Staff on unit: Practice Information o Provider: 1 FT currently o LPN: 2 o CNA/CMA: 2 o Other: 1 Patient Representative • Acuity level of patients: Outpatient • Number of beds: 4 exam rooms • Life Saving Certs: BLS CV needs to be Agency Branded at time of submittal NY License in Hand Epic Experience Required OT Holiday - 1.25x the regular rate Must be Board Certified Ensure that the work history is up to date Ensure there are no gaps of 30 days If malpractice is involved dismissed or not we need a physician statement Please always include email phone for the candidate Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00 Schedule Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Dates Needed T07:00:0000:00 - T07:00:0000:00 Alumni Healthcare Staffing offers: Weekly Direct Deposits Travel and Lodging Provided if Needed A Rated Malpractice Coverage 24/7 Availability of your Recruiting Consultant & Credentialing Staff If you have availability for this job or are interested in other opportunities, please send an updated CV or contact me today.
