Quick Facts Location: Potsdam, NY Start Date: 11/30/2026 End Date: 05/31/2027 Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Temporary Contract License/Certs: NY License in Hand, BLS certification required Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred, Epic experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $444.60 Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide outpatient urology services to adult patients (18) Perform bread-and-butter urology procedures and consultations Manage inpatient consults, post-operative rounding, and procedures as needed Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team Contribute to a Level III Trauma Center environment Participate in flexible call coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) based on availability Maintain accurate documentation and provide quality patient care What You Need Required: Board Certified in Urology (US certification) NY medical license (in hand) BLS certification Epic EMR experience Prior outpatient and inpatient urology experience Preferred: Flexible availability for call coverage Experience working in a Level III Trauma Center About the Assignment This assignment is at a high-quality outpatient facility in Potsdam, NY, with a focus on adult urology care. The clinic features four exam rooms and offers a supportive team environment with a focus on quality patient interactions. The role involves both outpatient procedures and inpatient consults, with scheduling designed to balance professional responsibilities and work-life stability.
