Location: Longmont, CO
Position Type: Locum | Physician - OBGYN
Schedule: 24-hour Call (7a-7a) | 9-10 shifts/month across all locums
Overview
Inpatient and ER-based OBGYN call coverage at a Level III Trauma setting. Providers will handle GYN emergencies and Obstetrics, including C-sections. Support staff onsite includes RNs. Assignment is due to ongoing gaps in coverage. Site will not schedule more than 2-3 consecutive days for patient safety.

Must be willing to work 24-hour shifts
Practice Highlights
• 24-hour call coverage (7a-7a)
• Level III Trauma, Inpatient + ER
• EPIC EMR
• Avg. 30 deliveries/month
• Back-up for Family Practice
• Census includes adolescent + adult
• 8 beds, ~1 admission/day
• Cannot schedule more than 4 consecutive days
Credentialing Temps: 60 days | Full: 120 days
CO License or Active IMLC required to release pre-app
NPDB Self-Inquiry Report required
Must submit apps within 72 hrs to generate EMR AD account
Submission Requirements (Mandatory) Board Certified OBGYN
Active CO license or Active IMLC (LOQ at submission)
Active DEA (preferred; required for credentialing)
Available for listed dates
State # of shifts per month
Willing to work 24-hour shifts
Acknowledge EMR training sequence + lodging requirements
Local/drive-in candidate (preferred)
