In-house 24hr shifts -- 3 - 6 shifts per month
Approx 200 deliveries per month -- cesarean rate approx 30%
OB ED sees approx 10 patients per day
Inpatient call coverage -- rounding on assigned patients
Ongoing coverage opportunity
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
