Provider Type: Physician Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 16 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: NA Minimum Board Certification: Eligible Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30 What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in OR only We will accept MD or DO candidates for this position. Looking for one full time provider. There is some flexibility within the M-F schedule. Shifts are 8am-5pm clinic only. There will be a one hour lunch from 12-1. Guaranteed hours are 8 hours and OT will not apply until after 8 hours. (Please note the lunch hour does not count). A DEA is required We will look at BE providers but must be truly BE (within 5 years) No hospital privileges need for this job.
