Job description
Bay Area Hospital is looking for a Locum Oncology/ Hematology provider to join their team! DETAILS: Functions as a member of the clinical patient care team performing tasks and procedures consistent with the training and licensure of a medical oncologist/hematologist

EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated practice-building experience
Practicing radiation oncology with a strong record, or an excellent recent graduate
Requirement description : Board Certified in BOTH Hematology and Oncology - Required
Active OR license - Required at time of submission
Clean background/no malpractice - Highly Preferred
Self Query - NPDB at time of presentation - Required
CAQH login and password - Required at time of offer
Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privilege
Site requires 4 hours of unpaid EPIC training (Testing out is an option - 2 hours)
OT and holidays are paid at 1.25x
OT is after 40 hours
Work Week is Sunday - Saturday
