Call response time: 20 - 30 minutes
80% NICU patients (down to 32 weeks gestation), 20% pediatric
Newborn resuscitations and management of 32-week preemies and up
Neonatal intubation, UVC/UAC placement, central line, LP required
Needle decompression and neonatal air leak management required
Ventilator management and chest tube insertion preferred
Ongoing coverage opportunity
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
