Responsibilities
7 on 7 off schedule -- Tuesday through Monday, 8am - 6pm
12 - 15 patients per day
Team includes 3 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
EMR: EPIC
Onsite position with hospital privileges required
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
