Schedule:
7a-7p (in-house) + 7p-7a (off-site call)
Dates Needed Coverage:
7/27 (7a) - 8/7 (7a) & 9/15 -16 24 hours
Details:
Client can provide emergency privileges
Average number of ICU patients per day: 13
Total number of beds: 200
Number of ICU beds: 12
Required to supervise other providers: APP supervision. Oversight is minimal as nurse practitioners are able to practice independently.
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing timeline: ~30-45 days
Only ICU patients are being seen per day
Submission Requirements:
Board certified in pulmonary critical care - REQUIRED
Active IA license or active IMLC (LOQ in hand) - REQUIRED
ACLS, DEA, CSR - REQUIRED
COVID vaccine - REQUIRED, note at time of name clear
