Locum Coverage Opportunity
Looking for locum coverage, starting as soon as credentialed, ongoing. The provider will credential at four locations; location needs would be PRN, as vacation/coverage needs emerge.

Job details:
Start date: As soon as credentialed; 9/1/2024 or sooner
Rate type: Hourly/daily
Hours of operation: M-F 8a-5p (no call, no weekends)
Number of Physicians in Practice: 3
Other RadOncs will be present during coverage
1 APP during coverage
Outpatient coverage only
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-30 on treatment
Patient population: Adult
EMR: Epic
Required Procedures/Duties:
Conventional Radiotherapy
External Beam Radiation - IMRT
Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~180 days
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified - REQUIRED
OH License - Preferred; willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
MUST BE WILLING TO COVER LOCATIONS AS LISTED IN JOB
AVAILABILITY MUST BE NOTED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR - Preference to providers that can cover ALL dates
Flu vaccine - REQUIRED at time of credentialing
COVID Vaccine - Preferred
DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
