Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No call required
Practice Details
Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
Comprehensive Cancer Center attached to hospital
Reason for Coverage: Full-time physician relocation; replacement needed
Number of Physicians in Practice: 2 full-time Radiation Oncologists
Other Radiation Oncologists on-site during coverage: Yes
APP Support: 2 APPs provide coverage
Patient Population: Adult
EMR: Mosaiq / EPIC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days
Patient Volume
Outpatient (Clinic): 30-50 patients/day
Inpatient (Rounding): 2-5 patients/day
Required Procedures
Conventional Radiotherapy
3D Radiotherapy
SBRT / IMRT
External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT)
Helical Tomotherapy
Stereotactic Radiosurgery
Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Submission Requirements
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology - REQUIRED
Active Michigan License - REQUIRED
BLS - REQUIRED
