Dealbreakers: Procedural Skills, Acute Care Imaging capability (Stroke CT's, ED and ICU imaging studies)

Admissions per day: 12-15
Patients/day: ED Daily Volume is 85-90 patients/day, Average Daily Inpatient/Obs Census is ~50 patients (includes ICU and OB).
Types of cases: Surgical, Medical, ICU, and OB
MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED*
Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
CA Active license - Required
Residency Required - Required
BLS and DEA required during credentialing. CA Fluoroscopy required at submission!
Malpractice - Clean Preferred
Availability at time of name clear - Required
