Practice Setting: Hospital
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-12
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-2 emergent
Trauma Level/Designation: 1
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Number of Neurosurgeons in Practice: 1 employed 1 non-employed
Patient Age Demographic: Adult and Geriatric but emergent cases through ED
Procedures Required:
Neurosurgery Cases ADULT
Neurosurgery Cases TRAUMA
Brain Bleed Stoppage
Clot Removal
Tumor Removal
Trauma Repair
Shunt Insertion or Revision
Have neuro IR in house
Spine Surgery Procedures Required:
Spine Stabilization and Reconstruction
Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty
Spinal Fusion
Laminectomy
Diskectomy
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified Neurosurgery - REQUIRED
Provider MUST be available for 7AM August 27th through end Sept 3rd 7a to be considered - REQUIRED
OH License - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
