7-day shift model -- full commitment required
Average 35 hospital-based surgeries per week
100% inpatient -- adult urology focus
APPs on-site 24/7 handle first calls and consults
Temp-to-perm arrangement a strong fit
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
