Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with an active Illinois license & DEA.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient primary care services to an underserved population, working 4 shifts of 10 hours each week. The role involves no call or weekend duties and requires managing patient care independently within the clinic setting.
Qualifications & Skills
Valid Illinois license, DEA certification, and experience in primary care. Compassionate care delivery and ability to work with diverse populations are essential.
Key Duties
