Shift Type: Days
Shift Description: 8a-5p, several dates in July
Weekend Requirements: As needed
On Call Requirements: 5p-8a, unrestricted call if able
Board Certified (Psychiatry) - Required
Active MI License - Required
BLS - Required
Dates of Coverage: Several dates in July (July 5-11, 14-25), possibly a couple of weekends in August and September.
Schedule: 8a-5p, several dates in July.
Call Schedule: 5p-8a, unrestricted call if able
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12
Total Number of Beds: 27
Number of Psychiatrist in the Group: 5
Number of Advanced Practice Providers Support: 6
Number of Psychologists: 0
Locum Tenen Psychiatrist Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers: Yes, Psychiatric NP
Describe Referral/Transfer Protocol: Referrals primarily coming from Muskegon and Grand Rapids EDs
Safety/Security Measures in Place: Staff duress system, security on site 24/7
No pediatric patients
EMR: Epic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months but need ASAP
