Start Date: End Date: Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in PA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 10 Days Fellowship: Required Dates: May 19- May 23 Sept 29- Oct 1 Please note provider must be on-site during the hours and dates above. Regular Hours onsite: Inpatient Consultation weekdays 0700 to 1500. This is regular day light in house duties Provider sees pts in office if need exists Provider oversees scheduled radiation treatments Provider may be call to round/consult on inpatients Physician is required to be on-site while providing radiation treatments.
