Key Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia independently within a CRNA-only practice model across an average of 4–6 cases per provider, per day in a 2-room ambulatory surgery center. Perform anesthesia services for a variety of case types including Pain Management, ENT, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, and General Surgery. Perform regional blocks — Regional Block experience is required. Manage patients ranging in age from 6 months to 100 years (healthy patient population). Adhere to all facility protocols and maintain accurate documentation throughout each case.
Required Qualifications:
Active Indiana state CRNA license
Board Certified CRNA.
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience.
Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
Regional block experience required.
Local candidates only — no travel or lodging provided.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Experience working in an ambulatory surgery center or outpatient surgical environment.
Familiarity with high-volume, multi-specialty case environments.
Comfort working autonomously within a CRNA-only practice model.
